30 is 10 months away

married w/ 2 crazy 2y/o girls

I live a little south of Boston and have been renovating a "fixer upper / sucking my soul " for the last 3 yrs

I am partially constructed of titanium

Master's in Architecture from Northeastern University

I work for a residential architect and do side projects at night (which is what i'm suposed to be doing right now)

that is my second vehicle being replaced by my third (first was a 95 explorer.

Though I would love for the B train to run someone consistently. I just want to get to class on time. Sometimes you wait 5 minutes, sometimes you should've started walking 20 minutes ago. You just never know.

get a bike. Its probably quicker and better for you. definitely more reliable. just watch out for the T buses. lock it up with strongest shit you can find.

no not right away. I'm thinking 24x32ish, I want it deep enough to fit a third car sideways on dollies for the winter. I'm hoping to start it next spring and do most of the work by myself but I need someone to draw it all up.

yes, and when we got drunk at college (in boston) they would make fun of it, especially the people from ny/nj. Seriously?!?! my accent belonged there, their jersey crap is the foreign accent.

nice. Yea that doesn;t seem to bad. i built my own mudroom and porch with some help from friends. its a lot of work but its fun. thats a big one to do by yourself.
